To maintain the integrity of our intellectual assets, refunds cannot be provided once access is granted. 1. PRODUCTS COVERED

This policy applies to:

– Paperback books published by our company, eNutrition Network Corporation and by Dr.Su Li, Ph.D., our company director.

– Physical Proprietary products created by us (as listed on our Website)

2. GENERAL RETURN POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

2.1 Return Window

You may return physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.

2.2 Condition Requirement

Returned items must be:

– Unused

– In original packaging

– In the same condition as received

– Books must be free of marks, damage, or wear

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

– Items marked as “non-returnable.”

– Items returned after 30 days

– Items showing signs of use or damage

– Digital products (ebooks, if applicable)

2.4 Return Process

– The item(s) you wish to return

– Reason for return

We will provide return shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.

2.5 Return Shipping Costs

– If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

– For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

2.6 Restocking Fee

$6.99 CAD restocking fee applies for each return.

3. REFUNDS

3.2 Approved Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
